We are located at UBC Hospital in the Purdy Pavilion on the Ground Floor. Parking is available in the Health Sciences Parkade or in front of the main hospital entrance parking lot.

If it is your first time coming to the sleep clinic for a sleep medicine consultation, please complete this questionnaire before your appointment. Allow at least 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
